*Add $25 for orders in the Bangor and Pen Argyl School Districts in Northampton County.

Add $75 for anything outside of Lehigh and Northampton Counties, which includes Monroe, Carbon, Schuylkill, Berks, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties, all in Pennsylvania. However, I am currently only doing COD orders outside of Lehigh and Northampton Counties.

Subtract $50 if paying in full within 14 calendar days of the initial receipt of the appraisal. Subtract $100 if COD. Subtract $125 if paying COD for Lehigh and Northampton County appraisals.
